Pregnancy is a huge physical feat, yet most are not given the tools they need to appropriately and adequately support their body through this process. As a certified Body Ready Method pro®, I believe an empowered pregnancy and postpartum period should include specific education and support for the pregnant body including the core, pelvic floor, upper body mobility, pelvis and body alignment or movement pattern education. Not only can this minimize or even eliminate symptoms and dysfunction that we are often told are “just a normal part of pregnancy,” it also prepares the body for a more efficient birth and a smoother postpartum recovery.

They are equipped to help you prepare for a more functional pregnancy and a more efficient birthing process. Moreover, these professionals are experts in pelvic mechanics and understand what to do during every stage of the birthing process to encourage progress and optimize balanced space in the pelvis and surrounding soft tissues.

Body Balancing Package Options

Assess & Address

$150

This 90-minute session is a time for us to review your pregnancy/birth or postpartum goals, as well as identify areas in your body that may be over or underworked and your unique compensation patterns that can be causing these imbalances. We’ll use this to create a personalized movement plan to help you achieve balance, and support a more efficient birthing process or postpartum recovery.

Premier Package

Four sessions ($425)

In this package you’ll have an assess & address session (see that section to the left for more details), plus three additional 60-minute sessions. For pregnant mamas those could occur in your second trimester, third trimester, and one soon before you estimated due date, or the spacing of your choice. The subsequent sessions will build on your progress from each previous session with additional tools and guidance to help you reach your specific pregnancy/birth or postpartum goals.

Premier Plus Package

6 sessions ($600)

In this package you’ll receive an assess and address session (see that section in the far left for more details), plus five additional 60-minute sessions. For pregnant mamas that could look like two sessions in your second trimester, two in your third, and one postpartum, or the spacing of your choice. This package is designed to support and prepare your body for a comfortable pregnancy, more efficient birth and a smoother postpartum recovery.
